Design Perspectives- The Process
Initial Interview $75 1 ½ hours
• Get basic facts
• Project scope: outline needs, goals and timeline
• What is the project?
• Number of rooms or sq. footage
• Why do you want to work with a designer?
• What role do you want the designer to play?
• What are the goals you have set for the space and what are the priorities of those goals?
• Photo’s taken
Options:
• Color consulting $75 per hour
• Purchasing and/or shopping with client $50 per hour
• On my own $195 flat fee per room. Includes selection of items, install into home for your approval and purchase.
• Product ordered through my wholesale accounts will be discounted to my clients.
Package Pricing:
•Residential – $75 hour consulting
- Flat fee per sq. ft. on new construction projects
• Commercial - Flat fee per sq. ft.
• Discount on all furniture and materials purchased through

• Retail - Flat fee per sq. ft.
• Discount on all furniture and materials purchased through
Design Perspective Interiors
• Shopping and purchasing $50 per hour
Space Plan – $99 per room, 2 layouts provided
Homeowner Remix - $150 per room
• A “Remix” of your own home or office utilizing your items ans physically moving furniture, rugs, hanging artwork and accessories
Home Remodel – 10% management fee
• Design, space plan, swatches, material selection
• Scheduling budget and timeline
