Design and Staging
- After the initial home evaluation, we suggest a detailed consultation & walk through of your property. Starting curbside we will take a detailed look at your home from buyer’s eyes. We will discuss small changes that can make a huge impact in captivating a buyer’s interest. As part of the consultation you will receive a “Priority To-Do List” as well as suggestions for using our additional Home Staging Services.
- The Top Tenant Priority Report is a customized report that focuses on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and garnish a faster sale or the environment that they want to create to live in!
- ½ Day Staging -This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise. The Design Perspective Consultant will be working off of a detailed walk thru work sheet that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations. We will spend 4 hours transforming the home of effectiveness.
- Full Day Staging -We spend a full day working off of a priority list making dramatic transformations to your home. You won’t believe the difference a day can make! A detailed work sheet will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete the transformations.
- The Do It Yourself (DIY) Action Plan – An extensive, report detailing all of the actions a Design Perspective Interiors Consultant would take to transform your home as well as vendor recommendations and tips and tricks from the pros. We give you the expertise so you can take the time to do the packing and staging yourself .
- We then configure and design a theme that best suits your home enhancing the architectural elements of each room while minimizing its flaws.
- Unique to vacant home staging, we will supervise all cosmetic work, if needed, and our fee will include final Staging, delivery and takedown of furniture.
Interior redesign (flat daily fee):
- Using your own furniture, accessories and artwork. “You decide if you want to add any new items into your budget from there!”
Staging of accessories and artwork:
- priced per room and monthly rent for product…….kitchen, bathrooms, entry
Staging full room of furniture:
- Priced out per room depending on the items chosen and space plan included……….nook, formal dining, den/office, family room, entry, bedrooms.
